Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our rapid service, and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours - often on the same day. However, at busy times orders may take up to 7 days to deliver.

Our delivery fee is very reasonable – often it can cost us more than we oncharge to you. If for any reason we are out of stock of an item, your order will be placed on back order and invoiced later. No postage will be charged for back orders.

If you are not happy with any of our products, we will refund the full purchase price, if returned within 30 days, no questions asked.

EXPRESS: Our normal service is fast, but if for any reason you need guaranteed next day delivery, we offer that service also. Please note: Next day delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed by the next possible day.

OVERSEAS: Overseas orders dispatched will have postage calculated according to standard Australia Post charges. We can ship to anywhere in the world; please contact us for details.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL: Get online tracking updates now when you order from Top Shelf Concepts, so you know exactly where your order is! When your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email advising of Shipping Details: Consignment Number, and Courier Service.
